Summary
Successful candidates will have experience with electrical assemblies, soldering or cable assemblies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Read and understand manufacturing instructions/connector assembly procedures written in English.
Ability to gather materials and tooling necessary to perform work in an organized manner.
Manual dexterity to handle small hand tools including soldering iron/crimping tools/cutters.
Ability to work as a team member.
Communicate verbally with co-workers to keep a safe working environment.
Numerous hand assembly operations based on detailed instructions.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies.
Preferred solder certified.
Perform other duties assigned by manager
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent education.
Effective experience in a Manufacturing environment.
Good Math Skills with ability to count and measure.
Able to comprehend English written and verbal instructions.
Able to do repetitive piece work and hit production quota.
