Professional FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Local EOE employer is seeking reliable individual(s) for a fast paced, customer oriented residential cable TV, hi-speed internet, and digital telephone Customer Service Representative(s). Candidate(s) should possess high school diploma or GED and must be able to understand and operate a computer terminal, and other office equipment. The right person should possess excellent customer service skills and proper business telephone etiquette for heavy phone work and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
