About the Role
Moore Water & Air is looking for a sales-driven, strategy-focused Call Center Manager to lead a team of 35–50 outbound agents. We need a proven leader who can drive results, execute smart strategies, and motivate a competitive sales team to consistently hit and exceed goals.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 35–50 outbound call center agents
- Build and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable results
- Monitor KPIs and adjust plans to maximize performance
- Oversee dialer operations and call center technology
- Coach, train, and motivate agents to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Create a culture of accountability, growth, and winning
- Be proficient in computer software and Microsoft Excel
Requirements
- 5+ years of outbound call center management experience
- Proven success driving sales performance in a large team environment
- Strong ability to analyze data and build effective strategies
- Dialer/technology management experience
- High-energy leader who can inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable
