Overview
Pinnacle is seeking a dependable and organized Call Center Receptionist to support our front office operations and assist with daily administrative tasks. This role serves as the first point of contact for callers and visitors — setting the tone for professionalism, efficiency, and great service. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls, determining purpose and routing to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Retrieve, prioritize, and forward voicemail messages as needed.
- Greet and assist on-site visitors, announce their arrival to staff, and maintain visitor access logs.
- Receive, sort, and route incoming mail; prepare outgoing correspondence and packages for mailing.
- Scan, file, and organize both digital and physical documents.
- Prepare and print correspondence, forms, and reports as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Technical Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to type 40+ words per minute accurately.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems.
- Comfortable using office equipment such as scanners and copiers.
- Familiarity with standard office filing and recordkeeping systems.

Schedule Requirement
- This position includes two short Friday/Saturday shifts per month as part of the standard schedule: Friday (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) and the following Saturday (7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.)
Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and professional tone.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable; able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable with email platforms, digital document tools, and basic office software.
- Professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Prior administrative or communications experience is preferred but not required.
