PositionSummary: Our Agents will work on-site in ourInside Sales Center and are responsible for speaking withpotential customers regarding their product needs and schedulingthe customer for an in-home sales consultation. Customer leads aregenerated through multiple lead generation channels including, butnot limited to, event marketing, digital ads, radio, andtelevision.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potentialcustomer leads for sales consultations andquotes

  • Serve as initialpoint of contact for potential customer viaphone

  • Review informationprovided by customer to confirm accuracy, determine availabilityfor in-home salesconsultation

  • Document andupdate customer interaction within customer relationship management(CRM) system

  • Overcomeobjections from potential customer regarding scheduling, cost, etc.to schedule sales consultation as soon aspossible

  • De-escalate thecall where appropriate and provide solutions that leave thecustomer satisfied with theresolution

  • Exceed customerservice expectations by providing an outstanding experience toevery potentialcustomer

  • Adhere to scheduleswhile maintaining an acceptable level of service, customersatisfaction andquality

  • Promote teamworkthrough consistency, reliability, and groupcohesiveness

  • Performs otherduties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and MinimumQualifications:

  • High School Diploma orequivalent.

  • Previousexperience in a dynamic call center or customer servicerole

  • Ability to jugglevarious work activities and shift their attention from one task toanother to meet the demands of different stakeholders without“dropping the ball'.

  • Abilityto thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environmentand have a •roll up your sleeves• and "today not tomorrow"mentality.

  • Apply activelistening skills through the ability to comprehend informationpresented and respondthoughtfully.

  • Detail-orientedand can focus on the task at hand, no matter how minute, by findingthe most efficient and effective pathway tocompletion.

  • Excellent verbaland written communication skills are required for communicatingwith internal and external parties in a manner that is botharticulate andprofessional.

  • Ability tologically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, findinconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, andengage inreflection.

  • Ability toprovide timely and empathetic help through in-person, phone, email,and social media avenues that keeps the co-worker or customer'sneeds at the forefront of everyinteraction.

  • Ability tocommunicate effectively, to recognize, understand, and manage one'sown emotions as well as others, and foster positive workingrelationships across all levels of theorganization.

  • Holdingoneself responsible and being self-driven in accomplishing businessgoals, adhering to policies and being responsible for one's ownactions, performance, anddecisions.

  • Proficiency usingMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project,and/or Access).

  • Must belegally authorized to work in country of employment withoutsponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1Bstatus).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities orCertifications:

  • Understand and broad knowledge offinancialsoftware 

  • Strongmathematical skills

Overtime/Additional HoursRequirements:

  • May be requested to work overtime onevenings and weekends dependent on businessneed.

  • Indoor work in aclimate-controlledenvironment.

  • Sedentary work.Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligibleamount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pullor otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary workinvolves sitting most of the time.
