Call Center Representative at Partners Heart & Health

We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team at Partners Heart & Health. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and community members who reach out for support, information, or appointment assistance. You will help create a welcoming experience by answering calls with patience, clarity, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and provide helpful, accurate information to patients
Assist with scheduling appointments, confirming visits, and updating patient records
Listen attentively to concerns and guide callers to the appropriate department or resource
Document call details and follow communication procedures
Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction
Support the care team by relaying messages and ensuring timely follow-up
Handle high call volumes while staying organized and calm
Protect patient confidentiality and follow all privacy guidelines

Qualifications
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using phone systems, scheduling software, and basic computer tools
Reliable, patient centered, and committed to providing quality service
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual abilities are a plus
