Required Qualifications
- 1 year dental or medical call center experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and organizational abilities
- Experience with dental software (Open Dental preferred)
- Punctual, dependable, and committed to fixed schedule
- Bilingual in Armenian or Spanish required
Patient Communication & Scheduling
- Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments using dental software
- Provide accurate information on services, insurance, and office policies
- Handle appointment changes, cancellations, and inquiries promptly
- Make outbound calls for reminders, follow-ups, and schedule fills
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient notes in scheduling system
- Coordinate with clinical and front office staff to optimize provider schedules
- Ensure all calls, inquiries, and appointments are documented properly
- Adhere to HIPAA standards and maintain strict patient confidentiality
- Follow internal office protocols and communication guidelines
- Support a respectful, patient-centered communication environment
