Job Description physician must be available for a full-time week per month, including weeknight and weekend call; all call is home call Supervision vs independent: Cases are performed with a CRNA during the day and on call; physician may be personally performing portions of cases EMR: Epic Certifications required: Board Certification required; ACLS and BLS required; Epic experience must be included on presentation Number of operating rooms: 1 dedicated cardiac OR per day License required or accepting IMLC: Active Wisconsin license preferred; IMLC status TBD Facility Location Situated along the Fox River in Wisconsin, Appleton is home to Lawrence University.
