Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Care Manager located in Cheyenne, WY. The Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing client care management, developing care plans, coordinating/networking with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. Daily tasks include training Care Pros, monitoring client progress, and providing support to families. The Care Manager also works closely with medical professionals to address the complex needs of our clients.

- Highly Organized
- Successful Sales Experience
- Experience in Training Care Providers
- Expertise in Elder Care and Aging in Place
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in home care or healthcare industry is a plus
