Now Hiring: Cash Application Specialist (Hybrid – Coon Rapids, MN)
Pay: $25–$29/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time hours
Location: Onsite in Coon Rapids for training, then hybrid (2–3 days/week in office)
Type: Temporary role (2–3 months) with potential to convert permanent
Start: ASAP
Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial materials, is looking to bring on a Cash Application Specialist to join their regional credit team.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner
Report and escalate unauthorized deductions to the appropriate Credit Analyst
Partner with Credit Analysts to resolve payment deductions
Coordinate with regional branches on payment adjustments
Create and run non-conformance reports
Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of A/R or cash application experience
SAP experience is a plus
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to start ASAP
Excellent communication, detail orientation, and multitasking ability
