Position Description: CBH CO-OP currently has three positions open for you to choose from, Deli Associate, Sales Associate, and LP Cylinder Filler/ Maintenance. We offer Health insurance, Dental and Vision, 401K, PTO.

  • Ability to develop and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of customer service.
  • Cash register operations (POS), Food preparation and assembly. 
  • Filling propane cylinders; upkeep of fuel pumps, grounds, and buildings.
  • Stock, dust, and front shelves.
  • Store housekeeping and groundskeeping in adherence to store standards. 
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • All positions are safety sensitive and will require a pre-hire background check and a negative pre-hire drug test, including marijuana. Responsible for any or all the following: operation of oven, fryer, and meat or vegetable slicer; handling emergency equipment with Fuel/LP tanks, hazardous materials, and operating machinery or vehicles.
  • The LP Cylinder Filler Maintenance Associate is required to have a Clean Driving Record. Two years of industry experience and/or previous agriculture-related experience is preferred.
