Part Time Shifts include:
Tuesday7am-6pm
Wednesday 1pm-6pm
Thursday 3pm-6pm
Friday 1pm-6pm
Saturdays 8am-5pm
Sunday 11am-4pm (last two Sundays of the month)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides and ensures exceptional customer service;
- Accurately and effectively processes payments for products and services sold by the dealership;
- Promptly, accurately, and courteously answers and directs incoming dealership telephone calls, messages and customer requests to the proper area or person;
- Performs filing and other clerical functions as designated by the Office Manager;
- Accurately balances daily cash and paper transactions;
- Performs other directly related duties consistent with the role and function of the specification.
Job Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of processing customer cash and paper transactions;
- Thorough knowledge of telephone, cash register features, credit / debit card processes;
- Skilled in handling sensitive inquires or complaints and resolving customer problems;
