WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A CASHIER
As a Cashier at our restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. You will have the opportunity to interact with customers, take their food orders, and ensure that their experience at our restaurant is memorable. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

ARE YOU THE CASHIER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
To succeed in the role of Cashier at our restaurant, you will need to possess a range of skills and utilize various software and tools. First and foremost, you must have excellent interpersonal skills to greet and interact with guests according to our service standards. Using our POS system, you will accurately enter guest orders and process cash and credit card transactions, ensuring that tickets are closed correctly and providing accurate change when necessary. Attention to detail is critical as you issue receipts upon request and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of your shift. Additionally, it is essential to be able to answer customer questions and involve a manager when necessary to resolve any issues.
Maintaining a clean and well-stocked work area is crucial. This includes preparing the station for opening, stocking paper goods and beverages, changing receipt paper as needed, and cleaning up the work area with disinfectant. Occasionally, you may also be responsible for expediting guest orders. By demonstrating these skills and utilizing the necessary tools, you will contribute to our commitment to excellence and create a positive and efficient customer experience.
