We are hiring a Catering Director to provide vision, leadership, and flawless execution for campus-wide catering services.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all campus catering operations from menu planning to event execution
• Collaborate with clients to design customized catering solutions
• Manage event logistics, budgets, and profitability
• Supervise, train, and motivate catering staff
• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and service excellence

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
• Proven catering management experience with successful event execution
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and client-service skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours, lift up to 40 lbs, and work evenings/weekends as needed

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience in higher education, large-scale catering, or event management
• Knowledge of culinary trends and innovative event service practices
• Vendor negotiation and budget management expertise
• Valid driver’s license (may be required for event logistics)
