We are hiring a Catering Manager to deliver exceptional food and flawless event execution!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all campus catering operations from menu planning to event execution
- Collaborate with clients to design customized catering solutions
- Manage event logistics, budgets, and profitability
- Supervise, train, and motivate catering staff
- Maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and service excellence
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Proven catering management experience with successful event execution
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and client-service skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand 8–10 hours, lift up to 40 lbs, and work evenings/weekends as needed
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in higher education, large-scale catering, or event management
- Knowledge of culinary trends and innovative event service practices
- Vendor negotiation and budget management expertise
- Valid driver’s license (may be required for event logistics)
