Center Medical Director – Primary Care (Outpatient)

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $280,000 – $300,000

  • Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $350,000+

  • Relocation Package: Available

Position Overview

The Center Medical Director (CMD) serves as both a practicing physician and clinical leader, overseeing all medical and operational aspects of the center. This role combines hands-on patient care with strategic leadership of physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to ensure delivery of high-quality, value-based care.

The CMD is responsible for optimizing clinical performance, fostering a collaborative care environment, and driving patient outcomes consistent with the organization’s mission and standards.


Role Details
  • Patient Population: Medicare-aged adults with chronic conditions

  • Model: Value-Based, Team-Centered Primary Care

  • Transportation: Complimentary transportation for patients (within designated radius)
