Required Qualifications:
✔ Extensive Mobile Detailing & Ceramic Coating Experience – Proven track record with advanced paint correction and ceramic coating applications in a mobile setting
✔ Leadership & Training Skills – Experience leading teams, training new technicians, and setting standards for excellence
✔ Customer-Facing Professionalism – Able to communicate with customers while setting the example for the team
✔ Operational Mindset – Comfortable managing inventory, enforcing SOPs, and supporting daily operations
✔ Reliable Transportation – Truck or SUV required for tools and materials
✔ Valid Driver’s License – Required for travel to job sites
✔ High Standards & Accountability – Obsessed with quality, consistency, and team performance

• Lead & Train New Technicians – Hands-on training and mentorship to ensure technicians meet company standards

• Oversee Daily Field Operations – Maintain consistent quality control across all jobs

• Customer Experience Leadership – Represent That 1 Detailer with professionalism and customer-first service

• Inventory & Logistics Management – Monitor tools, chemicals, and supply levels to keep operations running smoothly

• Support Growth & Expansion – Play a direct role in scaling our Houston market and contributing to national expansion

• Refine SOPs & Training Programs – Help develop systems that raise industry standards
