Certified Home Access Consultant – In-Home Sales Representative

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home assessments and prepare and present thoughtful recommendations
- Build your own pipeline by connecting with the community, generating referrals, and attending local events
- Partner with clients every step of the way, from first visit to installation, ensuring a seamless experience
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for safe, independent living
- Maintain strong follow-up with every prospect to ensure opportunities aren’t lost, quotas are met, and sales goals are exceeded
What We’re Looking For - Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
- Self-motivated closer who thrives independently
- 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and additional tools like Outlook and Excel
Bonus Points For: - Experience in home accessibility, healthcare, or construction
- Consultative or outside sales experience
