We are seeking an excited, fun, and passionate Chef de Cuisine to join our team. • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef and/or 1 year as a CDC in full-service, high-volume restaurants
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated skill in inspiring, motivating, and developing employees
• Flexible and adaptable to ongoing changes

• Experience in events and banquet operations
• Passion for Japanese food culture and dining experiences
• Knowledge of sake, Japanese beverages, or pairing principles
• Track record of maintaining consistent quality and presentation standards
• Strong collaboration with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Creative problem-solving and organizational skills
