Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire BOH team culture
- Develop and execute seasonal, innovative menus
- Oversee kitchen operations, staffing, and financials
- Ensure top-tier food safety and sanitation
- Collaborate on events, catering, and new initiatives
Qualifications:
- 2+ years as Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine
- Strong foundation in scratch cooking and kitchen systems
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- ServSafe Certified (or willing to certify)
- Flexible schedule and valid driver’s license
