This is for a chef who:

• Has a strong fine-dining background (ideally Michelin / high-end notable NYC, London, Paris kitchens)
• Leads the kitchen with precision and passion with a calm, consistent excellence.
• Shapes menus that celebrate exceptional produce and timeless classics, always with a seasonal edge.
• Running a tight (and sparkling clean) ship – from team training and performance to kitchen standards, budgeting, and compliance.
• Collaborating with the Front of House for seamless service, where kitchen and floor operate as one.
• Inspiring and developing your team – holding high standards, and helping others reach them.
• Loves ingredient-led cooking with a touch of theatre
• Can lead, mentor, set standards, and build a kitchen culture that feels grown-up, focused, and warm
