Housed within a magnificent 22,000 sq ft, five-story building in an iconic location, this celebrity-backed venture will be the epicenter of culture, luxury, and culinary excellence.

We are seeking a true visionary—a Corporate Executive Chef who can not only launch our flagship fine dining restaurant but also oversee the culinary direction of multiple unique concepts under one roof. THE ROLE:
As the Corporate Executive Chef, you will be the singular culinary authority for the entire property. You will have the creative freedom and resources to build a world-class program from the ground up.
• Spearhead the culinary vision for our signature restaurant, crafting a destination-worthy menu and experience.
• Develop, launch, and ensure cohesion across all food and beverage concepts within the five-story club.
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and discipline.
• Establish and maintain impeccable standards of quality, sourcing the finest ingredients and ensuring flawless execution.
• Collaborate directly with the ownership and executive team to align the culinary program with the club's exclusive brand identity.
THE CUISINE:
Our core culinary concept is a modern and sophisticated take on Mediterranean cuisine, channeling its vibrant, sun-drenched flavors and pristine ingredients. This foundation will be elevated by the precision and artistry of French technique and the clean, ingredient-focused philosophy of Japanese influence. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in fine dining, with a proven track record in Michelin-starred or equivalent high-caliber establishments.
• An artist and a leader, with the passion to create and the structure to execute at the highest level.
• Deep expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, with a masterful command of both French and Japanese culinary principles.
• A profound understanding of the New York City dining landscape, with an appreciation for institutions like Jean-Georges, Daniel, Torrisi, Cosme, and COTE.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience building, training, and retaining successful kitchen teams.
