Reports To: Head Chef

We're seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Oliver's. In this role, you'll be responsible for running a specific station, ensuring the quality and timely preparation of exceptional dishes. Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your assigned station.
Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and the creation of new dishes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor stock levels for your station.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Team-player mentality with a positive and collaborative attitude.
