Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Thai Chef who understands authentic Thai flavors and cooking methods. The ideal candidate must be skilled in using the wok, experienced in fast-paced kitchen environments, and capable of maintaining high food quality and presentation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.

• Expertly operate and manage wok cooking, ensuring consistent texture, aroma, and flavor.

• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation for all dishes.

• Supervise and train kitchen staff to follow proper Thai cooking techniques.

• Manage kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, plating, and sanitation.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling standards.

• Assist in inventory control and ingredient ordering.

• Collaborate with management to create and refine menu items.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Thai Chef or Cook specializing in Thai cuisine.

• Must have strong knowledge of Thai ingredients, seasonings, and regional cooking styles.

• Must be skilled in wok cooking and comfortable with high-heat techniques.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.

• Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.

• ServSafe certification is a plus.
