What You'll Do:Provide strategic leadership and vision across all service lines.
Ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with policies and procedures.
Foster a culture of quality, safety, and person-centered care.
Guide operational efficiency, financial stewardship, and service excellence.
Collaborate with the Executive Management Team and report directly to the CEO.
Supervise and support directors and key leadership roles across the organization.
Director of Vocational Services
Campus Residential Director
Community Living Director
Director of Nursing
Service Development Coordinator
Campus Program Manager
Campus and Community Administrative Assistants
Education & Experience (must meet one):
Bachelor's Degree + 10+ years of relevant experience
Associate's Degree + 15+ years of relevant experience
No degree + 15+ years of relevant experience
Relevant experience includes managing programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
