Child And Family Therapist at MavenHealth Solutions

MavenHealth Solutions Palo Alto, California

Job Description

Do you light up when you see a child overcome challenges? Are you tired of working in silos and ready to be part of something bigger? We're looking for a passionate therapist to join our collaborative team supporting kids, teens, and young adults with ADHD, learning differences, anxiety, depression, and autism.

What Makes This Different

You'll Actually Love Coming to Work This isn't your typical clinic job. You'll work with an amazing team of psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychiatrists, and educational specialists who genuinely collaborate, not just send referrals back and forth. Your ideas matter here, and you'll learn something new from your colleagues every day.

Flexibility That Works for Real Life Whether you're passionate about one-on-one therapy, family work, or leading community workshops, we'll help shape your role around your strengths. Need afternoon hours? Interested in podcasting? We're here for it. Part-time options available too (20-32 hours/week).

Mission You Can Feel Good About Every family gets quality care here... regardless of their ability to pay, what language they speak, or where they live. You'll see real transformation happen, often with families who've been turned away elsewhere.

Your Day-to-Day

Direct Care - Provide therapy using proven approaches, but tailored to each kid's unique situation. No cookie-cutter treatment plans here.

Team Collaboration - Join weekly case discussions where you'll brainstorm solutions with colleagues who actually care about your cases.

Community Impact - Lead parent workshops, facilitate support groups, or contribute to our podcast. Your expertise reaches beyond the therapy room.

Growth Opportunities - Supervise newer clinicians, observe colleagues' sessions, or take on school contracts—whatever excites you professionally.

The Real Talk

You'll work some afternoon and evening hours because that's when kids are available. You'll need to keep up with documentation (but we have good systems to help). And yes, you'll need to hit productivity targets—but they're reasonable and you'll have support getting there.
