Responsibilities

• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
• Educate children through structured play, storytelling, and hands-on learning experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the childcare space to ensure a healthy environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Administer first aid as necessary, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Experience

• Previous experience in childcare or caregiving is preferred, particularly with toddlers or young children.
• Familiarity with early childhood education principles is advantageous.
• Skills in behavior management and working with children with disabilities are highly valued.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• A genuine love for children and a desire to contribute positively to their growth and development are essential qualities for this role.
