Annual Salary: $300,000 – $325,000 DOE/DOQ

The City of Malibu, California is seeking a visionary and collaborative City Manager to lead with integrity, innovation, and purpose. This experienced executive will guide Malibu through a pivotal period of recovery and renewal, ensuring effective governance, sound fiscal management, and a steadfast commitment to environmental stewardship and community well-being. The City Manager leads a dedicated team in delivering efficient, high-quality public services while advancing sustainability initiatives, strengthening public safety, and preserving Malibu's distinctive coastal character.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned municipal executive with extensive experience in local government, organizational leadership, and community engagement. They bring strong fiscal and administrative expertise, a diplomatic and steady leadership style, and the ability to collaborate effectively with elected officials, staff, residents, and regional partners. Salary and Benefits

Annual Salary: $300,000– $325,000 DOE/DOQ, plus a competitive benefits package.
