We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney& with 3+ years of litigation experience& to join our Irvine office. This is a hybrid position& offering flexibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to handle complex civil and business litigation matters across a wide range of industries.

Key Highlights

•& & & & & Manage all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation

•& & & & & Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations and administrative hearings

•& & & & & Advise clients on contract disputes, real estate matters, business torts, and commercial litigation

•& & & & & Draft and negotiate motions, briefs, and settlement agreements

•& & & & & Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic guidance and responsive communication

Qualifications

•& & & & & J.D. from an accredited law school

•& & & & & Active California Bar& (in good standing)

•& & & & & Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
