What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and coordinating engineers, drafters, and other staff to deliver high-quality designs
 - Serving as the primary client contact, educating and guiding clients through site development and approval processes
 - Managing the scope, schedule, and budget of projects to ensure successful completion
 - Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior staff and engineers
 - Presenting projects at public hearings and planning commission meetings as needed
 - Representing the company professionally to clients and the public, promoting a positive company image
 - Collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities through client relationship management
 
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering
 - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
 - Client-focused mindset with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
 - Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or actively pursuing licensure preferred
