What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead the development, design, and maintenance of Executive Lines coverage forms and associated rules
• Monitor and analyze regulatory and judicial environments to ensure compliance
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for assigned products
• Collaborate with Business Units and Corporate Underwriting to establish line strategies
• Develop filing strategies and manage State Department of Insurance inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of specialty insurance experience with knowledge of product management
• Thorough understanding of business insurance products, contracts, and regulatory environments
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Strong ability to influence strategic decisions that align with corporate goals
