Overview

Training (typically 2-3 weeks)

Starting and training pay is $17.50 per hour + tip and gas reimbursement. After training pay will increase to $18.50 per hour + tips and gas reimbursement.

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and presentable. This role is essential in providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and clients.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.

Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.

Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment.

Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed.

Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Attention to detail: Ability to notice areas that require cleaning or maintenance.

Time management: Efficiently manage time to complete tasks within designated schedules.

Physical stamina: Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Reliability: Punctuality and dependability in attendance are crucial for maintaining schedules.

Experience with cleaning equipment: Familiarity with various cleaning tools and chemicals is a plus but not required.
