SUMMARY: Maintains the cleanliness of the entire Clevelander property and supports servers in table maintenance

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completes assigned side-work duties (opening, closing, ongoing); stacks and un-stacks chairs, aligns tables
• Maintains cleanliness in assigned station and or stations
• Communicates with host and service staff to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Assists with the removal of dirty dishes and glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests are finished
• Runs soiled dishes, glassware, and flatware from bus stations to dish wash area throughout shift
• Responsible for cleanliness of trash area and all trash related duties; empties removes and compacts the trash
• Ensures bus stations are stocked and cleaned before each shift begins
• Assists in maintaining the appropriate levels of equipment and product in the service stations
• Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures

Qualification:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma preferred.
