Client Care Coordinator
Alamo Pintado Equine Medical Center, located in Los Olivos, California, is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our team to help provide high-impact support to our clients and our veterinary, technician, and administrative teams. As a global leader in equine veterinary medicine, our focus on client service is paramount to everything we do. Our veterinary team consists of nine doctors including two board certified surgeons, two board certified internists, and an ambulatory veterinary team that serves multiple breeds and disciplines throughout the Central Coast.
What we are looking for
The Alamo Pintado Client Care Coordinator plays a critical role in our ability to deliver exceptional veterinary care. The Client Care Coordinator will support and work cohesively with a team of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, administrative team members & horse owners. Candidate should be a self-starter, excellent at multi-tasking, empathetic, compassionate and friendly.
What the ideal candidate has and can do…
- Deliver exceptional client service over the phone and in-person
- Appointment scheduling & logistical support
- Medical record processing
- Assist doctors with patient outcome tracking
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks utilizing a wide degree of creativity and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the equine industry/knowledge of veterinary terminology
- Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
- Must be willing and able to work in Los Olivos, CA
