Busy children’s gymnastic school is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and experienced addition to our front office staff. Must enjoy being around and working with children.

The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and be able to multi-task. Being organized, dependable and professional with excellent oral and written skills are necessary. 5+ years of front of house experience preferred. Self-motivated and take initiative in the workplace.

High energy, enthusiastic, and displays an affinity for our core values, and company philosophy.

Capable of teaching others in a positive and constructive manner.

Must have an understanding of communication strategies and tactics, and best practices.

Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data and business issues.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Customer interactions, including answering phones and emails, enrolling students, sales

Staff support – including assisting coaches, when needed, for brief child supervision

Copying, filing, data entry

Above all, empathy and collaboration are needed.

Adhering to all company safety protocols.

M-F day and weekend shifts available.


This position is on site.
