Join NurseCore, a national leader in medical staffing and home care. As a Client Service Specialist (CSS), you’ll play a key role in supporting recruiting, scheduling, and client relations for healthcare facilities and home care clients in the Santa Barbara area.

What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate field staff to meet client needs
- Recruit, interview, and onboard caregivers and healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff
- Resolve scheduling and service issues promptly and professionally
- Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks
- 1+ year of staffing, customer service, or healthcare experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Creative thinkers who can develop effective solutions and improve processes
- Strong computer and office technology proficiency
- College coursework preferred
