Advertised Job Summary:

The CarolinaCard Office is seeking an experienced and resourceful client services coordinator to oversee day-to-day relations with our clients. The client services coordinator will be responsible for collecting information on how to best serve student clients and their families. Position will report to director and work closely with other team members within the CarolinaCard office, the USC organization, vendors, and customers to include students, faculty, staff, contractors, and visitors.

Client Services Coordinator Responsibilities include:

  • Provide assistance to clients in person, on email, or by phone.
  • Compile and maintain records on client accounts.
  • Screen feedback and requests from clients and liaise with relevant departments within USC to provide solutions.
  • Escalate complaints to department leadership.
  • Liaise with in-house technology team to produce offerings and assess related costs.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the coordinator must:
* Have superb organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal;
* Have great interpersonal abilities, engaging in polite and professional interactions with clients;
* Be attentive and detailed-oriented, providing accurate work documents.
