Your Role

As our Clinical Director, you’ll be both a hands-on clinician and the guiding force behind the culture, growth, and success of FYZICAL Framingham.

Clinical Excellence

• Provide one-on-one patient care across vestibular, balance, orthopedic, neurologic, and geriatric populations

• Complete comprehensive evaluations and tailor treatment plans to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes

• Utilize cutting-edge technology (overhead safety system, infrared goggles, VR) to deliver evidence-based care

• Educate patients and families to support recovery beyond the clinic

Leadership & Mentorship

• Build, mentor, and inspire a team of PTs, PTAs, and students

• Serve as the clinical and cultural leader of the practice

• Create a collaborative learning environment with ongoing mentorship and training

• Partner with the practice owner on strategic growth, including future MetroWest locations

Clinic Operations & Growth

• Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional patient experiences

• Achieve and exceed key performance metrics for outcomes, satisfaction, and growth

• Maintain best practices in documentation, compliance, and billing

• Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to expand services and specialties


Community Engagement

• Represent FYZICAL Framingham at screenings and educational events

• Build strong relationships with referring providers, local organizations, and community partners

• Serve as a trusted resource for patients and families across MetroWest Boston


Our Ideal Candidate

• Licensed PT in Massachusetts (in good standing)

• 4+ years of outpatient experience (vestibular/balance experience preferred, not required)

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with an entrepreneurial spirit

• Passion for treating balance, vestibular, and neurological conditions

• Self-motivated, compassionate, and eager to grow (interest in pelvic health a plus)

• Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) strongly valued

• Familiarity with Prompt EMR preferred
