Crown Hospice is seeking a Clinical Director who’s equal parts strategist, motivator, and mentor — someone who leads with compassion, communicates with honesty, and executes with precision.

This role calls for a straight shooter and a task master — someone who can balance empathy with efficiency, drive accountability, and elevate team performance while upholding the highest standards of hospice care.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, dignified end-of-life care.
• Oversee all clinical operations — ensuring compliance with CHAP standards, state, and federal regulations.
• Drive results through organization, efficiency, and clear communication — every detail matters.
• Mentor and develop a clinical team to perform with excellence and heart.
• Monitor performance metrics, census trends, and staffing needs to keep operations running seamlessly.
• Partner with the Executive Director to ensure quality outcomes, strong team culture, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent Crown Hospice with integrity and leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in MO with proven hospice or healthcare leadership experience.
• Proven management or leadership experience in hospice or palliative care — non-negotiable.
• A straight shooter who communicates with honesty, empathy, and accountability.
• A true leader who inspires trust, accountability, and collaboration across teams.
• A task master who thrives in structure, stays highly organized, and keeps projects on track without losing compassion.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of hospice operations, budgeting, and compliance.
• Excellent communicator — able to deliver feedback respectfully and resolve conflicts with professionalism and empathy..
