Overview: Administrative and operational responsibility forassigned departments, including management of cost and finance,human resources, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes,patient/physician and staff satisfaction, change management and anyother relevant responsibilities related to this position. Serves aspart of the entity management team and Shared Governance Modelfocused on promoting the mission, vision and values, of PHC andNursing Professional Practice, embracing a person-centeredphilosophy while promoting patient- family centered services acrossthe continuum and enhancing value-driven outcomes. Responsible forsuccession planning, identifying talent, providing support,education, and resources to grow future nursing leaders. • Graduate of anursing program Required
• Bachelor’s DegreeBachelor’s degree Preferred

WorkExperience

• 3 years of nursingexperience in a hospital (inpatient roles) or clinical (outpatientroles) setting, including at least one (1) year of relevantleadership experience Required
• Demonstratedclinical competency in the specialty area applying for Required
• 5 or more years of experience in variousperioperative areas Required

Licenses andCertifications

• Current License in theState of Georgia as a Registered Nurse Required

• Advanced certificationin field of specialty (if , see addendum) Required
• BLS certification Required
• NRPcertification Required
• ACLS and AWHONN FetalMonitoring certification (L&D only) Required
