Posting Number: PG194312EP Internal Recruitment : No Working Title: Clinical Small Animal Hospital Pharmacist Anticipated Hiring Range: $120,000 - $126,500 (commensurate with education and experience) Work Schedule: 8am-4pm M-F with Saturday 8a-12 noon every 6-7 weeks Job Location: Raleigh, NC Department : CVM Teaching Hospital About the Department: The NC State Veterinary Hospital (VH) provides primary through tertiary care for a wide variety of animal species and services as an environment for training veterinary students, specialty training for interns and residents, and conducts clinical research. Other Responsibilities: Occasionally lecture veterinary students and deliver in-service training to hospital staff. Minimum Education and Experience: Licensed to practice Pharmacy in the state of North Carolina. Other Required Qualifications: N/A Preferred Qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school and completion of an ICVP-accredited PGY1 Veterinary Clinical Pharmacy Residency. Experience working in a veterinary pharmacy setting. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with interprofessional veterinary care teams. Strong communication skills with both customers and colleagues. Proficiency in MS Office products.
