Clinical Specialist - Maternal Transport at Texas Childrens Hospital

We're searching for a Clinical Specialist, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will demonstrate theoretical and clinical expertise in the physical, psychosocial, developmental, and educational aspects of nursing care for specified patient populations and their families as outlined in the unit profiles. You'll work interdependently with and independently of the multi-disciplinary team. Scope of practice will include practitioner, educator, consultant, researcher, administrator, and change agent. The Clinical Specialist is dedicated to promoting optimal patient/family care with the goal of enhanced patient/family outcomes. Qualifications: • Required master's degree in nursing • Required licenses/certifications in the following by Texas Board of Nursing or Nursing Licensure Compact and American Heart Association: o RN - Lic-Registered Nurses o BLS - Cert-Basic Life Support • Required at least 4 years of experience in nursing for specified patient population (OB nursing) Job Duties
