Job Description
A leading organization in New York City is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Clinical Supervisor. This full-time position requires leadership, supervision, and guidance to Behavioral Analysts to ensure best practices in Positive Behavioral Supports are followed.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Flexible Days
- Hours: 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Group Homes, Apartment Buildings
Responsibilities:
- Developing and revising policies and standards for use within residences
- Providing administrative and clinical supervision to BIS staff
- Liaising between Behavioral Services and clinical departments
- Ensuring proper documentation and OPWDD Survey standards are met
- Implementing in-service training for all agency staff
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Master's degree in Psychology
- BCBA certification
- Experience in developing support plans
- Proficiency in documentation standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
Desired Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Developmental Disabilities
- Leadership and/or administrative experience
- Knowledge of Positive Behavioral Supports
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive and collaborative team player
