Job Description

A leading organization in New York City is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Clinical Supervisor. This full-time position requires leadership, supervision, and guidance to Behavioral Analysts to ensure best practices in Positive Behavioral Supports are followed.

About the Opportunity:

  • Schedule: Flexible Days
  • Hours: 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
  • Setting: Group Homes, Apartment Buildings

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and revising policies and standards for use within residences
  • Providing administrative and clinical supervision to BIS staff
  • Liaising between Behavioral Services and clinical departments
  • Ensuring proper documentation and OPWDD Survey standards are met
  • Implementing in-service training for all agency staff

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Master's degree in Psychology
  • BCBA certification
  • Experience in developing support plans
  • Proficiency in documentation standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Adaptability and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented and organized

Desired Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in Developmental Disabilities
  • Leadership and/or administrative experience
  • Knowledge of Positive Behavioral Supports
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proactive and collaborative team player
