Base Salary
- $70,000–$90,000 annually (based on experience, licensure level, and clinical expertise)
- Unlimited earning potential through clinical productivity incentives paid out on a quarterly basis for clinical hours in excess of 27
- A W-2 position with reliable, biweekly paychecks — no need to juggle inconsistent income or tax complexities
- Guaranteed, predictable compensation that allows you to focus on providing excellent care, not on chasing reimbursements or worrying about cancellations
- Steady caseload expectations (27 client hours per week) designed to be both financially competitive and clinically sustainable
- Freedom from billing, claims, and collections - our administrative team handles the insurance process so you can keep your energy where it matters most: your clients
