Clinical Therapist at Integrative Therapy & Coaching

This is a contract Clinical Therapist role based in Greenwich, CT with flexibility for some remote work (hybrid model). The Clinical Therapist will provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, or groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to address mental health and behavioral challenges. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, maintaining progress notes, and collaborating with other professionals to support clients' well-being and goals.

• Experience and knowledge in Social Work, Psychology, and Mental Health
• Proficiency in Case Management and Family Therapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensure or certification in a related mental health field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations
• A commitment to professional growth and continued education
