Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinician, located in Columbia, SC. The Clinician will provide therapeutic services to children and families, including individual, group, and family therapy. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate and confidential records of client progress. The Clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and advocacy for clients. Additional tasks may include coordinating community resources and assisting in cases requiring crisis intervention.

Qualifications

• Proficient in conducting client assessments, understanding family dynamics, and creating effective treatment plans
• Experienced in individual, group, and family therapy practices
• Strong communication, active listening, and crisis management skills
• Familiarity with working in community or clinical settings and coordinating support services
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Licensed required (e.g., LMSW, LISW, LPC, LMFT)
• Commitment to trauma-informed care and experience with child welfare services is a plus
• Ability to maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with regulations
