What You Will Be Doing
- Setups and production on CNC 3 and 5-axis Mills and Lathes.
- Work from prints, 3D CAD models, and setup sheets for multiple operations.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure company quality standards (-/+ .0005).
- Troubleshoot and manually adjust to maintain specific tolerances.
What You Need for this Position
- Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience.
- Operation and programming proficiency in Haas 3 and 5 Axis milling machines and Lathes.
- Experience with MasterCAM X7 or higher (MasterCAM certificate a plus but not required).
- Solidworks proficiency (2013 or higher).
- Utilization of tools such as micrometers, calipers, and edge finders.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Clean and organized workstation maintenance.
- Ability to multitask in a shop environment.
