• Set up, run, and fine-tune machines without babysitting.
• Keep tolerances tight and problems small.
• Own your station and own your shift.

• Expertly set up and run machines and perform daily care/maintenance
• Complete First Article Inspections per blueprint specifications and tolerances
• Use your own tools and standard inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Perform routine equipment maintenance
• Follow all safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• 3+ years of direct experience
• Must have own tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, parallels, etc.)
• Must be able to perform own part and tool setups
• Familiar with the listed equipment and controls
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Experience with any brand of manual lathe is strongly recommended
