Job Description

We are currently hiring a CNC Mechanical Technician for a local manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining CNC machinery, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to precision and safety. This role involves setting up machines, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and producing high-quality parts to exact specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components
• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical adjustments on CNC equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs
• Document production data and machine performance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet daily goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating and maintaining CNC machinery
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
