Position Summary:

This position is ideal for individuals with basic mechanical skills who are eager to learn. As a CNC Sheet Metal Folder, you’ll operate folding and press brake machines to shape sheet metal used in roofing and construction applications. Training is provided, so prior experience with CNC folding machines is helpful but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC-controlled folding/press brake equipment to bend and form sheet metal components

• Read and follow basic shop drawings and work orders

• Perform quality checks using tape measures and calipers

• Assist with material handling and general shop tasks

• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

• Learn new skills and techniques from experienced team members

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude or prior shop/warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to learn machine operation and safety procedures

• Capable of using basic tools and reading simple measurements

• Dependable and willing to take direction

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $24-30/hour based on experience
